It is in one of the highest points of Los Latos, at an altitude of 3000m, in Mexico, that the agave fields are cultivated to give this Tequila its unique flavor. Clase Azul was created over 25 years ago by Arturo Romelli, and supports the native Mexican community of Masagua. The agaves are bursting with sugar and ready to be harvested after 5 to 8 years. The special feature of this estate is that it owns the majority of the agave fields, ensuring that the fruit is harvested at optimum ripeness and freshness, 100% organically and using only traditional ancestral methods. Cooked in traditional brick ovens for 72 hours, this slow cooking process extracts the plant's flavors and gives it its aromatic complexity. Only the heart of the toast is used. Clase Azul produces quality Tequila 100% Blue agave. All bottles are handmade (12-day process per bottle) and true works of art, crafted by the indigenous communities located in Santa Maria Canchesda. An ultra-premium Reposado tequila that exceeds expectations with every sip. Tequila Clase Azul Reposado is stored for eight months in white oak casks and recalls the taste of cooked agave, wood, fruit, vanilla and caramel.
